日本饲用高粱夏播试验及营养价值分析

从日本引进饲用高粱（Sorghum bicolor）种子,在甘肃省榆中县进行了夏播试验,对其生物学特性及适应性进行观测,并对其生长120 d后的草产量及牧草营养成分进行分析。结果表明,日本饲用高粱具有抗旱、抗寒、生长茂盛的优点,能适应榆中县的气候、土质、水肥条件;农田生长120 d后,鲜草产量达184.50 t·hm-2,干物质产量达43.46 t·hm-2,高于本地普通高梁成熟期产量。其全株主要营养成分与本地成熟期收获的普通高粱接近,总能约为本地高粱的2倍;与在日本种植至成熟期收获的全株营养成分相比,粗蛋白含量高59.91%,无氮浸出物含量高15.91%,粗纤维含量低20.14%,粗脂肪含量低72.52%。总体分析,日本饲用高梁是一种适应性强、产量高、营养价值高的饲料作物,适合在榆中县种植。

基于灰色马尔可夫模型的黑龙江省对日贸易额预测

为了提高黑龙江省对日贸易的预测精度,对灰色系统和马尔科夫理论进行研究分析,建立黑龙江省对日贸易额灰色马尔可夫预测模型。该模型融合灰色系统与马尔科夫理论的特点,可以大大提高预测精度。在实例应用中,建立贸易额GM（1,1）灰色预测模型,在获得预测值和残差检验的基础上,将原始数据划分为3个状态,计算状态转移概率,利用灰区间中位数建立贸易额灰色马尔可夫预测模型,对黑龙江省对日贸易额进行预测,将预测的结果与GM（1,1）的进行比较,结果表明,灰色马尔可夫预测模型不仅可以预测贸易额,而且其预测精度明显高于GM（1,1）预测。     

Evaluation of sugarcane smut resistance in wild sugarcane (Saccharum spontaneum L.) accessions collected in Japan

ABSTRACT

Sugarcane smut, caused by Sporisorium scitamineum, is one of the most important sugarcane diseases in Japan. Wild sugarcane, Saccharum spontaneum, is known to be a key breeding material to obtain high-yielding clones. In this study, we sought to identify Japanese wild sugarcane accessions with high resistance to smut. Thirty wild sugarcanes and three sugarcane cultivars were tested by the pinprick method. The results of the inoculation tests aided in identifying wild sugarcanes with high resistance to smut disease, namely JW90, Iriomote8, and Iriomote15. After screening the germplasm, progeny distribution of smut resistance from the inoculation test and dry matter productivity in the smut disease-free field were compared. The highly resistant wild sugarcane accession had a much better impact on progeny distribution of smut resistance compared with the susceptible accession. No relationship was found between smut resistance and dry matter productivity in both populations.     

Hypodectes propus (Acarina: Hypoderatidae) in a rufous turtle dove,Streptopelia orientalis (Aves: Columbiformes), in Japan

An adult male rufous turtle dove, Streptopelia (S.) orientalis (Aves: Columbiformes), was found dead in Yorii-machi Town, Osato District 369-1217, Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and subjected to necropsy. A large number of immobile hypopi (deutonymphs) of the hypoderatid mite, Hypodectes (H.) propus (Acarina: Hypoderatidae), were found individually encapsulated subcutaneously primarily in the adipose tissue. The mites were 1.43 mm in length and 0.44 mm in width on average, and had provoked mild inflammatory reactions that predominantly manifested as foamy macrophages and lymphoplasmocytes. PCR analysis using ribosomal DNA extracted from paraffin-blocked tissues produced a 240 bp band specific for hypoderatids. Based on the morphological features (distinct coxal apodemes, especially in the anterior portion) and PCR-based findings, the hypopi were identified as H. propus. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case describing the subcutaneous mite H. propus in a rufous turtle dove, S. orientalis, in Japan. This study also highlights the use of paraffin blocks as a source of tissue DNA for molecular evaluation.

SPS措施对中国鸡肉出口贸易的影响

随着国际经济与贸易的蓬勃发展,关税措施在国际贸易中的作用逐渐削弱,而非关税壁垒的作用逐渐提高。各进口国利用动植物卫生检疫(Sanitary and Phytosanitary Agreement,即SPS协定)措施对中国农产品进行限制,甚至禁止进口。中国是世界上第二大鸡肉生产国,但鸡肉生产与出口贸易的发展相比却极不相称。面对众多的SPS措施限制,中国要多了解国外市场,提高鸡肉产品在国际贸易中的竞争力。
